Privacy Policy

What we collect when you contact us, why, how long we keep it and who we share it with.

This policy covers the personal information we handle through this website and our business enquiries. It is written to be read rather than to be impenetrable. If something here is unclear, or you want your information removed, write to us and we will deal with it.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form we collect the name, business name, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry that you choose to give us. We do not ask for and do not want financial information, identity document numbers or health information about individuals.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which include IP addresses and browser information. If analytics are enabled on this site, they are configured to avoid collecting more than is needed to understand which pages are useful.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and manage a commercial relationship if one begins. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell contact information, we do not rent mailing lists, and we do not pass your details to other manufacturers.

If we send you occasional updates about our range, it will be because you asked us to or because we are in an active commercial conversation, and every message will have a working way to stop them.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us operate, email hosting, website hosting, and accounting, handle data on our behalf under their own terms. We share enquiry details with them only to the extent the service requires.

We disclose information to authorities where we are legally obliged to. We will not share your enquiry or your formulation details with another client, which in a contract-manufacturing business is a commitment worth stating explicitly.

Confidentiality of your product information

Product briefs, formulation discussions and commercial terms you share with us are treated as confidential. We are willing to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before a detailed discussion, and for custom formulation work we would expect to.

This is separate from privacy law and it matters more to most of our clients: your composition, your pricing and your launch plans stay between us.

How long we keep it and your rights

Enquiry records are kept while the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Commercial records are kept as long as tax and company law require.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to REPLACE_PRIVACY_EMAIL and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Cookies

This site uses only what is needed to serve pages and, where enabled, basic analytics. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, this page will change with it and a consent notice will appear.

Questions we actually get

Before you ask us

Will you share our product brief with other clients?

No. Product briefs and formulation discussions are confidential, and we will sign a mutual NDA before a detailed discussion if you want one.

How do we get our data deleted?

Write to REPLACE_PRIVACY_EMAIL. We will delete what we are not legally required to retain.

Your idea, made tangible

Tell us what you want to launch

Send us the format, the wellness goal and roughly the volume you have in mind. We will come back with a specification sheet, a per-unit cost and a realistic first-batch date, not a brochure.

NutraHerbal manufactures food supplements, Ayurvedic proprietary medicines and cosmetics for business customers.
