What is the real difference from turmeric powder?
Kitchen turmeric is roughly 2–5% curcuminoids. This extract is 95%. That is a twenty-to-fortyfold difference, and brands that blur it are misleading customers.
Piperine or a phospholipid system?
Piperine is cost-effective and well established. Phospholipid and liposomal systems absorb better and cost considerably more, worth it for a premium tier.
Any cautions?
Piperine can affect the metabolism of some medicines, and high-dose curcumin is not advised with gallstones. Both notes go on the label.
