Noni
Morinda citrifolia
Fermented fruit juice; the base of the blend.
500 ml / 1 L, fermented noni, blended
Fermented noni juice blended with fruit for palatability, a direct-selling classic with unusually high perceived value.

Noni is the most profitable juice in this range, and the reason is positioning rather than cost. Because it is not an Indian kitchen herb, customers have no price anchor for it, which lets it sit at a premium that amla never could. It has been a direct-selling staple for two decades for exactly that reason.

Fruit juice concentrates
Added for palatability, noni alone is difficult.
Written for a brand owner deciding what to manufacture, not as consumer marketing copy, and without health claims we cannot stand behind.
Customers know roughly what amla juice should cost. They have no idea what noni should cost, which is why it supports a premium price with no resistance. This is the margin SKU in a juice range.
Noni has been a mainstay of MLM catalogues worldwide for twenty years. The distributor script exists, the customer expectation is established, and the reorder behaviour is known.
Unblended noni tastes and smells strongly enough that many customers will not finish the first bottle. Blending with grape and blueberry at roughly a fifth of the volume fixes that without undermining the positioning.
Polynesian origin, traditional use and an unfamiliar fruit all support premium presentation and packaging. This is the SKU where good carton design genuinely pays for itself.
| Ingredient | Quantity |

| Noni fruit juice (fermented) | 80% v/v |
| Grape & blueberry juice concentrate | 18% v/v |

Our read of this category from manufacturing for it. Price bands and volumes are indicative planning ranges for your own costing, not audited market data, and not a quotation.
Steady and almost entirely channel-driven rather than search-driven. Direct selling accounts for the majority of Indian noni volume.
Modest search volume compared with amla or aloe, and heavily commercial ("noni juice price", "noni juice benefits"). This SKU is sold by people, not found by search.
Adults 35–60, usually introduced by a distributor or a friend rather than by advertising. Comfortable with a premium price because the product was recommended personally.
Indicative retail positioning sits in the ₹600–₹1,500 band for 500 ml, the widest premium of any juice here. Treat as a planning range.
A handful of large MLM brands hold most of the volume at high prices. A new brand competes on blend quality and packaging rather than on being found in search.
Palatability. Unblended fermented noni is genuinely hard to drink, and the first-bottle abandonment rate is high. An 80:18 blend keeps the positioning and fixes the problem.
Noni is cultivated in South India as well as imported. We will state the source on the specification sheet; domestic material keeps your landed cost and your lead time lower.
Only if you have a direct-selling or personal-recommendation channel. Without one it is hard to sell, because nobody searches for it. With one, it is the best margin in the range.

Inner-leaf aloe vera juice, available plain or with natural flavour, the second pillar of any Indian juice range and the one direct-selling channels move most.
