Ek sasta aloe vera gel lagane par woh chipchipa rehta hai, sookhta nahi, aur ek film chhod deta hai. Ek achha gel paani jaisa lagta hai aur jaldi absorb ho jaata hai.

Woh farq aloe ka nahi hai. Woh thickener aur sugar ka hai, aur usse pata chalta hai ki bottle mein kya hai.

Hum aloe products banate hain. Yeh woh label-reading hai jo hum theek maanein, aur ek safety point jo oral aloe ke saath kam batai jaati hai.

Yeh information hai, medical advice nahi. Pregnancy, IBD, kidney disease, aur regular medication mein oral aloe doctor se poochh kar, neeche detail hai.

Pehle: aloe ke paudhe mein teen alag cheezein hain

Yeh samajhna poore article ki buniyaad hai, kyunki teeno ke faayde aur khatre bilkul alag hain.

1. Inner leaf gel, jo aap chahte hain

Patte ke andar ka paardarshi, paani jaisa gel. Yeh lagbhag 99% paani hai, thode polysaccharides ke saath.

Yeh woh hissa hai jo skin par lagaya jaata hai aur jo juice mein hona chahiye.

Aur yahi wajah hai ki asli aloe gel paani jaisa hota hai, kyunki woh paani hi hai.

2. Latex (aloin), jo problem hai

Patte ke chhilke ke andar ki peeli, kadvi layer. Ismein anthraquinones, khaas kar aloin hota hai.

Yeh ek strong stimulant laxative hai. Yeh woh hissa hai jiski wajah se oral aloe ke saath cautions aati hain, aur achhe products ise hata dete hain, us process ko decolourisation kehte hain.

3. Patte ka chhilka

Fibre, aur latex ka source.

Toh jab label par “aloe vera” likha hai, toh pehla sawaal yeh hai: kaunsa hissa? Achhe labels “inner leaf gel” ya “decolourised” likhte hain.

Chipchipapan kahan se aata hai

Ab seedha jawab.

Aloe gel 99% paani hai. Toh pure aloe gel ko bottle mein “gel” jaisa banane ke liye kuch add karna padta hai.

Thickener, carbomer, xanthan gum, carrageenan, ya guar gum. Yeh zaroori hai aur normal hai; sawaal matra ka hai. Zyada thickener = zyada chipchipa, aur zyada “gel” jaisa dikhne wala product jisme aloe kam hai.

Humectants, glycerin, propylene glycol. Thodi matra theek hai; zyada matra humid Indian mausam mein chipchipa feel deti hai.

Aur maltodextrin ya sugar, kuch sasti aloe powders aur gels mein carrier ke roop mein. Yeh chipchipapan ki sabse badi wajah hai, aur yeh label par “aloe vera powder” ke andar chhupa hota hai.

Toh practical rule: chipchipapan aloe ki nishani nahi hai, woh aloe ke kam hone ki nishani hai.

Aur ek cheez jo asli aloe mein hoti hai: woh jaldi kharab hota hai. Fresh inner leaf gel room temperature par stable nahi rehta, isi liye commercial products mein preservative zaroori hai, aur “100% pure aloe, no preservative, 2 saal shelf life” wala dawa technically possible nahi hai.

Label par kya dekhein

1. Aloe kahan hai list mein?

Ingredients weight ke descending order mein hote hain. Aloe vera pehla ingredient hona chahiye ek aloe gel mein.

Agar pehla ingredient paani (aqua) hai aur aloe teesre-chauthe number par, toh woh ek paani ka gel hai jisme thoda aloe hai. Yeh sabse aam cheez hai.

2. “Inner leaf gel” ya “decolourised” likha hai?

Yeh batata hai ki aloin hataaya gaya hai.

3. “Aloe vera juice” vs “aloe vera extract” vs “aloe vera powder”?

Juice/gel, asli hissa. Powder, concentrate, aur carrier ke saath aata hai. Carrier kya hai, yeh matter karta hai. Extract, vague term hai; ratio poochhein.

4. Percentage declared hai?

Achhe products “aloe vera gel 90%” jaisa number dete hain. Jo nahi dete, unke paas aam taur par batane layak number nahi hai.

5. Thickener kitne hain?

Ek-do normal hai. Char-paanch thickener wala “aloe gel” mostly thickener hai.

6. Sugar ya maltodextrin hai?

Oral juice mein yeh poora point khatam kar deta hai, khaas kar diabetes mein.

7. Oral juice mein: “aloin-free” ya “decolourised”?

Yeh safety ki baat hai, cosmetic ki nahi. Agli section bataati hai kyun.

Oral aloe, yeh hissa sabse zaroori hai

Yeh woh baat hai jo aloe juice ke saath lagbhag kabhi nahi batai jaati.

Aloin / anthraquinones

Yeh ek strong stimulant laxative hai.

Jo hota hai: regular ya zyada matra mein lene se, pet mein marod, dast, potassium ki kami, aur electrolyte imbalance.

Aur low potassium ka asar asli hai, muscle weakness, cramps, aur dil ki dhadkan mein gadbadi. Yeh us insaan mein zyada khatarnak hai jo diuretic ya digoxin le raha hai.

Aur ek specific regulatory point: aloe-derived anthraquinone laxatives ko kai markets mein OTC use se hataya gaya hai, safety aur efficacy data ki kami ki wajah se. Yeh ek documented regulatory position hai, koi theory nahi.

Toh: oral aloe juice mein decolourised, aloin-removed material hona chahiye. Label par yeh dekhein.

Kaun oral aloe na lein

  • Pregnancy, anthraquinones uterine stimulation se jude hain. Avoid
  • Breastfeeding
  • Bachche, doctor ki salah ke bina nahi
  • IBD (ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s), stimulant laxative yahan ulta hai
  • Intestinal obstruction, ya pet mein tez dard
  • Kidney disease, electrolyte balance
  • Haemorrhoids ya anal fissure, dast lakshan bigadte hain
  • Diuretic, digoxin, ya steroid le rahe hain, potassium
  • Diabetes ki dawai, aloe blood sugar kam kar sakta hai; monitor karein
  • Surgery se pehle, kuch din pehle band karein
  • Thyroid ki dawai, gap rakhein, aur doctor ko batayein

Aur ek general interaction: koi bhi laxative doosri dawaiyon ke absorption ko affect karta hai, kyunki aant mein transit time ghat jaata hai. 2 ghante ka gap sensible hai.

Aur liver ke baare mein

Aloe-containing oral products ke saath liver injury ke case reports maujood hain. Yeh uncommon hai, aur yeh ek aur wajah hai ki defined course hi theek hai, anishchit kaal tak lena nahi.

Jo topical aloe genuinely karta hai

Imaandaari se, kyunki yahan kuch asli hai.

Jo reasonably supported hai:

Minor burns aur sunburn mein aaram, yahan iska sabse theek-theek data hai, aur yeh traditional use se bhi match karta hai.

Soothing aur hydration, 99% paani, toh yeh mechanically samajh mein aata hai.

Minor wound ke context mein kuch research.

Jo weak ya unsupported hai:

Acne ka ilaj, soothing kar sakta hai, treatment nahi hai.

Pigmentation hataana.

Hair growth.

“Skin glow”, hydration se skin behtar dikhti hai, aur woh ek cosmetic effect hai, treatment nahi.

Aur ek caution jo topical mein bhi hai: aloe se contact dermatitis ho sakta hai kuch logon mein. Patch test karein, kaan ke peeche ya kalai par, 24 ghante.

Aur gambhir jalan par aloe nahi, woh hospital ka kaam hai.

Ghar ke paudhe se, aur yahan ek galti aam hai

Bahut log ghar ke aloe paudhe se gel nikaalte hain, aur yeh theek hai, agar sahi tareeke se kiya jaaye.

Tareeka:

  1. Bahar ka purana patta kaato, jad ke paas se
  2. Khada rakho 10-15 minute, peela, kadva latex bahar nikal jaata hai. Yeh step hi aloin hataata hai, aur isse zyadatar log skip kar dete hain
  3. Chhilka hata do dono taraf se
  4. Saaf paani se dho lo, bachi hui peeli layer hataane ke liye
  5. Sirf paardarshi gel use karo

Aur:

  • Fridge mein, aur kuch din se zyada nahi, yeh jaldi kharab hota hai
  • Khaane ke liye ghar ke paudhe ka gel, doctor se poochh kar. Aloin ki matra unpredictable hai
  • Aankh mein nahi

Hamara position

Hum aloe products banate hain, toh seedhi baat.

Jo kaha ja sakta hai: Ayurveda mein kumari ke roop mein traditional use; skin par soothing aur hydration; minor burn aur sunburn mein aaram; general wellness.

Jo nahi kaha ja sakta: acne, pigmentation, ulcer, IBD, diabetes, ya kisi bhi condition ka ilaj; “detox”; ya hair growth. Yeh medicinal claims hain aur hum aise labels ke liye manufacture nahi karte.

Aur jo hum oral products mein zaroori maante hain:

  • Decolourised, aloin-removed material
  • Pregnancy aur IBD ki caution label par
  • Ek defined duration
  • Aur declared percentage, taaki customer compare kar sake

Sabse honest baat: topical aloe ek achha, sasta, soothing product hai jo ek asli chhota kaam karta hai. Oral aloe ek alag cheez hai jiske saath asli cautions hain, aur dono ko “aloe vera ke faayde” ke ek hi heading mein daal dena is category ki sabse badi chook hai.

Chhota version

  1. Chipchipapan aloe se nahi, thickener, glycerin aur sugar se aata hai. Woh aloe ke kam hone ki nishani hai
  2. Asli aloe gel paani jaisa hota hai, kyunki woh 99% paani hai
  3. Aloe pehla ingredient hona chahiye. Paani pehle aur aloe chauthe number par = paani ka gel
  4. Patte ke teen hisse alag hain: inner gel (jo chahiye), latex/aloin (jo problem hai), chhilka
  5. “Inner leaf gel” ya “decolourised” label par dekhein
  6. Aloin ek strong stimulant laxative hai, potassium girata hai, aur kai markets ne ise OTC use se hataya hai
  7. Oral aloe: pregnancy, IBD, kidney disease, bachchon mein nahi; diuretic aur digoxin ke saath nahi
  8. Diabetes ki dawai ke saath sugar monitor karein
  9. “No preservative, 2 saal shelf life” technically possible nahi hai, asli aloe jaldi kharab hota hai
  10. Topical: minor burn aur sunburn mein sabse theek data. Acne aur pigmentation ka treatment nahi
  11. Patch test karein, contact dermatitis hota hai
  12. Ghar ke paudhe se: patta khada rakho 10-15 minute, chhilka hatao, dho lo
  13. Ghar ke gel ko khaane ke liye doctor se poochh kar, aloin unpredictable hai
